Tuesday Trivia - Super Mario Edition

We're starting a new weekly tradition, every Tuesday we're going to launch a video game based trivia quiz. For this inaugural quiz we're starting with the one and only Super Mario, so if you think you know your stuff give it a go and let us know what you think!
